Can you help find the next Independent for Bass?

Our community deserves better than Labor and Liberal are offering.

Voices of Bass aims to find a member of our community to run as an independent at the 2026 State election, that will represent our values and interests.

If you know the right person for the job, tell them to get in touch!

Could you be the next Independent for Bass?

Imagine - a representative in Victoria Parliament that puts the interests of OUR community first. No party affiliations or politicial games. Someone who acts with integrity and transparency, free from the shackles of party agendas. A member who listens, is accountable, and brings OUR issues to Parliament. Who gets things done.

If you, or someone you know, would make a great independent candidate, please let us know!

All members of Voices of Bass will be able to have a say on the successful candidate. We hope to announce the successful candidate to run in early March 2026, and members from Voices of Bass will be available to support the candidates campaign.

Expressions of interest should be sent to info@voicesofbass.com.au as soon as possible.

About us

Voices of Bass started as a group of local residents who felt that there would be many benefits in supporting a community-minded independent to run against the major parties in the Bass State electorate in the 2026 State election.

Voices for Bass gives the community the opportunity to choose their own representative, and achieve better representation on State parliament. It gives agency to voters and promotes healthier democracy.
